Job Title: Associate Sourcing Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Hours: 40 hours per week
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Position Overview:
The Associate Sourcing Manager is responsible for the implementation of effective strategies to meet and maintain the provider, clinic, and government contractual needs of Briotix Health. The Associate Sourcing Manager will have an active role in developing and maintaining provider, clinic, and government contracts, as well as sourcing both domestic and international independent contractors/1099 staff.
Job Duties:
- Maintain the process and implementation of independent contractor sourcing.
- Develop, manage, and maintain provider, clinic, and government contracts.
- Develop and implement domestic and international sourcing strategies to satisfy current and future independent contractor sourcing needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with independent contractors regarding their contract terms, renewals, and amendments.
- Manage and implement all aspects of domestic and international independent contractor sourcing: including outreach to potential contractors, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, documentation, entry into payment systems, contract development, and correspondence with Briotix Health Key Stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and maintain contractor contact lists and databases.
- Manage and maintain sourcing metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of efforts and identify areas for improvement; effectively present the information to Briotix Health Key Stakeholders.
- Develop and manage sourcing strategies that align with Briotix Health values, promote independent contractor branding and marketing initiatives, and be an active presence in networking and outreach to prospective contractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in Independent Contractor Sourcing/Procurement.
- Understanding of multi-state independent contractor/1099 law.
- Proficient utilization of business software tools: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe, PowerPoint, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, ethical mindset, and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in healthcare recruiting; preferably in the industrial setting, outpatient rehab, and/or physical therapy clinical settings.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing.
- Experience with Canadian and international 1099/contractor employment law strongly encouraged.
- Methodical, takes initiative and detail-oriented.
