STAR Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to excellence to join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic location in Lebanon, TN. Requirements:

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current state of Tennessee license
• CPR certification
• New or recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
