We Are Seeking:

STAR Physical Therapy is looking for an experienced, full-time Sales and Marketing Marketing Representative with a Bachelor’s Degree to join our team to represent and develop our outpatient physical therapy clinics in Middle Tennessee. Our Marketing Representative will be dedicated to making a difference, have a humble and winning attitude, and a background in collaboration and teamwork. You’ll work closely with the company and clinic leaders to grow the referrals in each clinic by building and maintaining physician and physician office staff relationships.

Candidates Will:

Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing medical referral sources by:

· Meeting regularly with physicians, physician's staff, Worker's Compensation referral sources, Auto Injury referral sources, and businesses in designated territories.

· Initiating contact with potential referral sources and introducing them to our services, providers, and processes.

· Regularly communicating with current referral sources and monitoring overall satisfaction with the quality and timing of services.

· Identifying opportunities to improve patient and referral source satisfaction.

· Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our clinics, their programs, and those of competitors.

· Setting and achieving personal performance goals for clinic volume, new referrals, new client sales, and clinic growth.

· Traveling by car to perform sales duties with clients, medical providers, and industries within the current network.

· Performing a variety of other sales-related duties as required.

· Analyzing the long-term needs of the clinic's social media strategy and providing reports to the management and executive teams outlining any changes to the digital marketing plan.

· Developing digital and print materials suitable for marketing and advertising

· Creating new marketing opportunities consistent with our company culture and values.

· Communicating with our digital marketing coordinator to maintain updated clinic information and services on all platforms.

Summary of Minimum Qualifications:

· Education and experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.

· A minimum of one(1) full year of direct medical marketing experience REQUIRED.

· Candidate must currently reside locally

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Ability to communicate effectively with and understand the needs of others in a sales relationship.

· A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.

· Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to apply facts in analyzing a problem and providing solutions to medical providers and clinicians.

· Ability to work effectively as a team member to achieve organizational goals.

· A high degree of organizational skills, including the ability to record and report information and document work.

· Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

· Ability to travel extensively throughout our region to achieve goals, as required.

· Demonstrated computer skills, preferably with spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other applicable software programs.
