We Are Seeking:

This full-time Medical Biller will be primarily responsible for batching insurance claims on a daily basis, including screening claims for incomplete information and authorization requirements prior to including in claims batch to help alleviate denials and ensure compliance.  The expectations include daily batching of primary insurance claims, as well as batching of secondary/tertiary claims 2-3 times per week at a minimum.  Accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability are requirements for this position.

Job Duties:

• Identifying opportunities to improve patient and referral source satisfaction.
• Coordinate, create, and place content for the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Participating in a variety of sales training and planning meetings to learn about new providers, services, and marketing promotions, and to share information about sales goals.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about your clinics and competitor offerings and their advantages and disadvantages.

Job Requirements:

• Associates or BA/BS degree 
• Skilled in the social media arena
• Accurate data entry skills and detailed-oriented
• Proficient in computer and research skills
• Able to work on multiple tasks at once
• Capable to communicate well with the public and other personnel in a professional and courteous manner
