Memphis Physical Therapy is searching for a Sales and Marketing Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a successful multi-site physical therapy business. As our Sales and Marketing Representative, you will work closely with our talented marketing and operations teams as well as clinical leadership to increase new patient referrals. You will work with each of our clinic locations to build and maintain physician, community, and other local relationships. Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze our clinics’ performance and create a multifaceted marketing plan.
- Network with referral sources, the local community, and businesses in your targeted territories.
- Maintain existing relationships with referral sources, seek out new opportunities, and introduce them to Memphis Physical Therapy.
- Understand your local market including your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop social media campaigns that drive new patients to Memphis Physical Therapy.
- Monitor online reputation and performance.
- Plan and coordinate local events.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems and website management tools is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Canva and experience in scheduling social media content. A strong understanding of brand voice and visual consistency is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship.
- A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to think quickly to apply facts in analyzing a problem and explaining that answer to a group of medical technicians and clinicians.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
