Northern Lights Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic established in 2009, with 2 locations in Bismarck, ND.  We provide a variety of outpatient physical therapy services for individuals of all ages and activity levels. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, and pain management, taking a “hands-on” approach to every patient we encounter.  Having prompt, appropriate treatment can contribute to a faster recovery. The therapists at Northern Lights Physical Therapy provide the highest quality of personalized care to assist you with returning to work, play, and life as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Bismarck.

 

  • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
  • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
  • Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
  • Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
  • Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues.
  • Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries through electronic medical record.

 

What You Have:

  • Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we’d love for you to start your career with us!
  • Current state of North Dakota license and CPR certification
  • Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
