Qualifications:

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• CPR certification
• Ability to take over and grow our hand program
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, workers comp caseload, and custom splinting
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage caseload effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
