Salary Rate: $125,000 - $165,000 + bonus potential

Position Overview: 

A day in the life of a Briotix Health Controller will include using your financial knowledge and our training to work closely with our CFO and oversee the accounting and finance team. This position will provide leadership and coordination of Briotix Health's accounting function, implementing and formalizing internal control processes to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Controller plays a crucial role in enhancing the financial health and success of the organization, while fostering collaboration with Briotix Health Key Stakeholders and our Parent Company.

Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead the month-end close processes ensuring a timely close, including reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses. 
• Oversee the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package with assistance from the team and update reporting as needed.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and work collaboratively with the CFO and other Key Stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
• Oversee Parent Company Internal Control Audits and collaborate with relevant teams to adjust controls as necessary to meet Public Company Standards. 
• Lead the accounting and finance team in integrating new services resulting from organic growth and acquisitions. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of accounting and finance experience demonstrating increasing responsibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading accounting & finance teams.
• General ledger systems experience (Sage Intacct and/or MS Dynamics experience preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Prior Controller experience preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred. 
• CPA and/or CMA preferred.
