Wright Physical Therapy is currently hiring a full-time NewPatient Specialist to join their Administrative team in Twin Falls, ID. The New Patient Specialist has the privilege of delivering an impeccable impression to our new patients by phone, text, and email. This initial interaction builds trust and reflects the high-quality care and competence every patient will experience with us throughout their entire treatment journey. We are committed to being Idaho’s most sought-after physical therapy company for the diagnosis and treatment of joint, spine, and sport related injuries. Job Requirements:


• Experience in an office environment is preferred
• Rich communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented in following systems and processes
• High School Graduation with some advanced education/certifications preferred
• Computer and software proficiency
• Must be able to work in the United States
