Pay Rate $15 - $18 Dependent on Experience

Agape Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and commitment to join our team. This is a dual role position that will multi-task to keep the front office running smoothly and assist our therapists.

Job Duties:

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
• Answering phones
• Electronic scheduling
• Data entry
• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
• Assist Patients, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants in the clinic.
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Entry level with data entry experience preferred
• Proficient in Word and Excel 
• Excellent telephone skills
• Team player attitude, energetic, able to multi-task, with a focus on excellent customer service 
• Flexible with your hours
• Organized with attention to detail
• Great time management skills
