We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with a work history in hand therapy, Certification in Hand Therapy, (CHT), is preferred. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Functions / Duties of Position:

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
• A current state of Massachusetts license, CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Knowledge of post -op protocols
• Proficient in splinting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using relevant technology and software for documentation
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
