Compensation Range: $76000 - $95000; Dependent on Experience

PT Northwest has an immediate opening for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as a Physical Therapist at our Woodburn clinic.

Qualifications:

• Current BLS CPR certification
• Oregon PT licensed or licensed eligible
• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• New or recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply

PT Northwest contracts rehabilitation services to Santiam Hospital in Stayton, OR.  It is a small community hospital with 13 med/surg/beds, eight ortho beds, four IMCU beds, and four ICU beds. Currently, with four orthopedic surgeons, approximately half or more of the PT caseload consists of post-op total joint patients. The remaining caseload typically consists of patients admitted for COPD, CHF, trauma falls, mild CVAs, diabetic wound issues, failure to thrive, etc. The hospital recently transitioned to EPIC EMR.
