We are Seeking:

PT Northwest has an immediate opening for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as an In-Patient Physical Therapist at our Santiam Hospital location.

Qualifications:

• Acute care or SNF experience or new graduate with some clinical rotation experience in these areas
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for the patient
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care
• Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly – you need to have FUN while you work!
• The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all of your work goals
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Oregon PT licensed or licensed eligible

PT Northwest contracts rehabilitation services to Santiam Hospital in Stayton, OR.  It is a small community hospital with 13 med/surg/beds, eight ortho beds, four IMCU beds, and four ICU beds. Currently, with four orthopedic surgeons, approximately half or more of the PT caseload consists of post-op total joint patients. The remaining caseload typically consists of patients admitted for COPD, CHF, trauma falls, mild CVAs, diabetic wound issues, failure to thrive, etc. The hospital recently transitioned to EPIC EMR.
