About Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance:

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance was founded in 2007 by two local Delaware physical therapists, Pat Williams PT, MPT, OCS, and Tom Windley PT, MPT, Ph.D. Pat and Tom sought to bring the region another level of care focused on the highest standards of clinical excellence in the region. Their focus on that excellence was, and is, driving the success of the health of Premier's patients and communities. Since 2007, Premier has grown their model of clinical excellence with a team of partners. Together the team has created an environment to continue to enable the growth of physical therapists who have a patient-centered focus on the development of the highest clinical standards.
