Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, Hybrid remote position, Tuesday and Thursday in office days, Training will be in office M-F
Hourly Wage Range:
$21 - $23

Position Overview: 


NO SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE RIGHT APPLICANT!

 

A day in the life of a Scheduling Coordinator will include collaborating with the team to provide scheduling options to our US & Canadian clients. We work with multiple industries such as auto/motorcycle manufacturing, railroads, food processing, schools, and pharmaceutical companies. This entry-level position will allow you will use your attention to detail & excellent customer service to provide administrative support to our clients' employees and Briotix Health team members.

Job Duties:

  • Manage, triage, and expedite phone and email communication
  • Use online scheduling programs and databases
  • Manage multiple schedules and timelines
  • Accurate data entry using online platforms and systems
  • Provide accurate and timely customer support

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple electronic documentation, scheduling, and ticketing systems
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high volume inbound and outbound calls

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 or more years of experience in an administrative or customer service position
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
