Rehab Associates of Central Virginia is searching for a Full, Time Experienced Human Resources Liaison. ($45,000-$50,000 per year)
We have 16 outpatient physical therapy locations in Central Virginia that are nationally recognized for therapeutic outcomes.
Position Overview:
This Role is responsible for carrying out local Human Resources functions while working with the Human Resources team managed by our partner company. This position is the face of Human Resources for our organization and will work to forge excellent relationships with all employees within our multi-site outpatient physical therapy organization and will serve as a resource to all existing and potential employees related to HR issues/questions. The HR Liaison manages staff recruitment and hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation process, time clock, and payroll reporting. This position should have general knowledge of state and federal human resource legislation and regulations but will have access to our partner HR team for guidance. This position will also work closely with leadership on employee retention strategies and events. In addition, the HR Liaison manages several resource staff working in all locations to ensure our patients are well cared for. The HR Liaison reports to and will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer in augmenting and carrying out the company's strategic goals and operational objectives and their corresponding impact on business operations.
