Job Type:  Full-Time with benefits
Hours:  Average of 40 hours per week                                          
Shifts:  Monday-Friday, regular office hours
Hourly Range: $20 - $23


*hourly rate negotiable based on degree and experience


Position Overview:


The Accounting Clerk provides financial, administrative, and clerical services and ensures accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This position processes and monitors incoming payments and secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts. This unique opportunity will have the ability to focus on both payment posting and expense processing of our team members. Previous experience in a web-based expense management platform is preferred, but not required.

Job Duties:

  • Audit accuracy and completeness of all documentation to ensure cash management transactions are accurate and compliant with Briotix Health process
  • Verify payment remittances and post payments in a timely manner
  • Enter transactions and remittance data into accounting software
  • Reconcile bank deposits to accounting software
  • Expense management and reimbursement processing
  • Facilitate monthly P-Card process and reconciliation 
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding payment issues or questions
  • Assist in closing the books at each month-end for deposit related items
  • Respond to inquiries from Briotix Health Key Stakeholders
  • Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
  • Maintain all appropriate filling systems 
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office administration, or similar role

  • Working knowledge of MS Suite of products Office and accounting databases
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sage Intacct and/or other systems
  • Experience in RAMP or other web-based expense management platform
