Salary: $60,000.00 - $71,000.00

Briotix Health, a growing and successful sports medicine and ergonomic-coaching company, is currently seeking exceptional clinical and ergonomic professionals to provide support to the Testing Team in a travling role to support client's needs all across the country.  Core Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with Program Manager- Workforce Solutions to arrange travel to client locations including scheduling, booking of trips, hotel accommodations, etc.
  • Capture and analyze onsite data to develop functional test protocols
  • Review PDA development to ensure validity of created protocols by capturing incumbent performance data
  • Provide on-site mobile testing services
  • Assist in deployment of new customer test programs, including development of test procedure instruction manuals, provider proficiency exams, etc.
  • Assist in training of Test Administrator on use of BTE equipment, and how to conduct evaluation services
  • Assist with Quality Assurance services through ongoing review and grading of test results



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, ergonomics, kinesiology, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability and/or willingness to learn task analysis
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Extensive travel will be required
  • Personable, energetic, and motivated to thrive in a human-centered environment
  • Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Experience:

  • Ergonomic training or certification
  • Previous experience in industrial ergonomics, PDA, POET testing, or job task analysis
  • Previous experience and clinical understanding of body mechanics and anatomy
