The enclosed Request for Information (RFI) is for the development of a clinician network supporting Ergonomic and Industrial Sports Medicine services is presented by Hanoun Medical dba Briotix Health, LP (Briotix). This RFI is designed specifically for Briotix’s development of a clinician network across Canada and for use by Briotix and Briotix clients – no other services have been contemplated in the RFI and there is no guarantee of work. However, respondents who provide additional types of occupational health and safety experience are invited to include materials in a separate resume.

Through BTE’s legacy, Briotix will continue a strong footprint in Canada as demonstrated by customer retention and business expansion with our provider network and our service lines. Expansion plans in Canada include our best in class Industrial Sports Medicine™ OnSite programs and our technology enabled ergonomic support services.
In the spring of 2017, Briotix partnered with US Physical Therapy, which operates 558 outpatient physical therapy clinics in 42 states. A shared common vision has endured and includes delivery of astounding results through effective, science-based, and practical injury prevention services and technology. Briotix is incorporated in Delaware, with our global headquarters in Centennial, Colorado and offices in Thousand Oaks, California and Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Our Canadian office is based out of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
You have been invited to participate in our request as a result of our internal pre- screening process. We anticipate this to be a long-term business relationship and in order to be considered as a potential service provider, Briotix requires that you provide your response to this RFI pursuant to the directions and format provided herein.

Therefore, we require compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and expect business conduct, in accordance with the highest ethical standards of responsibility and accountability. The successful service provider will need to adhere to Briotix Health’s Code of Business Conduct outlined in Appendix 1
As such, your written disclosure statement of any potential conflicts of interests with Briotix including its officers, directors Briotix must be received with your response to this RFI.
We require that you acknowledge your participation in this RFI process upon receipt of these documents by return email. Should you decline to participate as a candidate for any reason, we request that you return all documents to Briotix and that you do not utilize or distribute this information for any reason whatsoever.
Scope of Services
Briotix is seeking qualified consultants to provide all or some of the following services on an as needed basis
Reduction of worker discomfort, worker’s compensation claim incidence, duration and cost.
Preferred designations include: Registered Kinesiologist, Certified Ergonomist, Certified Athletic Therapist, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Registered Physiotherapist, & Registered Occupational Therapist.
