    About the Position:


    The IT/Cloud Administrator is an integral part of the Technology team with Briotix Health.  This individual will work closely with the Technology Manager and will be based out of the Pewaukee, WI office in the Greater Milwaukee, WI area.  This position will be responsible for managing various cloud-based & physical technology assets including but not limited to: Microsoft 365, Box, Okta, Ring Central, Sharepoint and more.  The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of cloud service administration experience, have a high skill level in Microsoft 365.  Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent organization and the ability to work independently.

    Primary Duties:

    1. End user troubleshooting 
    2. Management, monitoring and decommission of infrastructure and cloud services
    3. Asset management of technology equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, etc to Briotix Health employees across the country
    4. Monitor third party tiered helpdesk incidents to identify common issues & recommend solutions
    5. Create and maintain documentation related to the work
    6. Day-to-day management of cloud-based infrastructure services- configuration management, performance optimization, troubleshooting/debugging, security updates & patching, etc
    7. Support security management program’s implementation, maintenance & audit of security standards within compliance of HIPAA regulations and best practice PII/PHI protection

    Position Requirements

    1. BS Degree in computer science, IT, data analytics or equivalent
    2. Experience with application security administration, segregation of duty & compliance management in a multi-platform environment
    3. Experience with end user and level three ticket support
    4. Experience with asset management
    5. Knowledge of telephoning system
    6. Ability to use analytics and identify trends
    7. Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to solve problems
    8. Flexible and able to adapt within an ambiguous and dynamic environment
    9. Excellent communication skills
    10. Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    11. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
    12. Reliable transportation

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. 4+ years of experience with cloud service administration preferred
    2. Ring Central system experience
