    Exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Medical Office Manager.


    We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager for our physical therapy clinics located in Greensboro, GA. 

     

    We also require the individual to be dependable, responsible, flexible with hours and be multi-tasked in the Medical Office Management area. 

     

    THIS IS A HANDS ON POSITION! BE READY TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING!

     

    Job Duties:

    •Post payments daily 

    •Must have experience in medical billing, collections insurance follow up and coding experience.
    •Bill, upload and correct claims in clearinghouse

    •Status unpaid claims and patient accounts
    •Balance and complete daily deposit 
    •Process Refunds

     

    Job Requirements:

    •Preferrably have 1year experience in a medical office environment and strong experience in the Medical Billing, Collections and all aspects of A/R cycle. 
    •Must be proficient in Word and Excel. 
    •Previous experience with medical software preferred. 
    •Must have experience in dealing with insurance companies & patients as well as insurance follow-up and coding. 
    •Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service are key. 
    •Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.

     

    High School Graduation a must

Mileage will be reimbursed by the Corporate rate.
