     About the Position:


    We are looking to add an out-going, skilled Ergonomic Coordinator to our growing team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The opportunity offers 20 hours per week. This position would require both morning and afternoon flexible availability between the times of 8a-8p, depending on the clients this role would support. This Ergonomic Coordinator position is ideally suited for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multitask.     Primary Duties:

    1. Coordinates with Briotix Health ergonomists to manage schedules for ongoing virtual and onsite ergonomic support                                                                   
    2. Electronic documentation and billing for all encounters 
    3. Coordinate and implement Briotix Health injury prevention programs     
    4. Knowledge ergonomics and project management to drive client program success
    5. Regular communication with client and Briotix Health management of onsite activities

      Essential Job Functions:

    1. Coordinates with the Briotix Health staffing managers and Client Managers to ensure availability of staff to support clients’ virtual and onsite assessment needs
    2. Coordinates with Briotix Health ergonomists to manage schedules for ongoing virtual and onsite ergonomic support
    3. Schedules appointments using online tools, such as Microsoft Outlook, BookingBug, and Flexbooker.
    4. Develops virtual and onsite meeting invitations using online tools and databases.
    5. Develops and maintains lists for each client site by address/location and for clients’ primary contacts per location.
    6. Ensure the specific address/location of each client’s site and each client’s primary contact’s information are included in meeting invitations for Briotix ergonomists requested to provide onsite ergonomic support
    7. Maintains communication with various client contact


    • Superior customer service skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
    • Proficiency with QuickBooks, PACE, Briotix Works, FlexBooker, and BookingBug
    • Strong analytic and problem solving skills including the ability to identify incorrect or missing information
    • Ability to handle high volume case load
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
    • High level of initiative and the ability to make sound decisions independently
    • Bachelor’s Degree PREFERRED, but NOT REQUIRED.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a clear criminal history
    • Previous Customer Service or Technical Support experience
    • Previous demonstrated success working in low supervision environments
    • Medical or clinical experience

    Starting hourly rate: $15-18/hour
