    About the Position:

     

    Briotix Health is looking to add an out-going, skilled clinical professional to service our new client in the Sacramento, CA area. This leadership position is ideally suited for an individual who possesses a strong educational background, program management experience, is comfortable working autonomously, and has the desire to work daytime, weekday hours. Our training and mentoring program provides a foundation of knowledge for providers learning a new care setting and industry.

     Primary Duties:

    1. Responsibility of special project and Safe Patient Handling collateral materials scheduled dealines, trainings & implementation
    2. Identify & develop internsal Safe Patient Handling Champions and/or sterring committee 
    3. Laundry & equipment maintenance/management
    4. Organization of Mobility Specialist teams and schedules to maximize training opportunities for OSHA compliance
    5. Act as liason for the Safe Patient team with internal client stakeholders
    6. Creation & presentation of training of BMAT (mobility assessment) and use of applications of available mobility equipment
    7. Regular availability to patient care areas to provide coaching and fostering a "safe patient handling" environment
    8. Assist in tracking SPH legislation to identify areas, activities or training focus shifts needed to ensure ongoing MC compliance

     

    Position Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    2. Current BOC certification in good standing OR Ergonomic Certification in good standing
    3. A minimum of one-year in-patient clinical experience
    4. Experience in Program Development & management
    5. Ability to communicate with a variety of medical personnel and hospital staff effectively in person, via video skype, and in writing
    6. Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    7. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
     

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Experience conducting safe patient handling risk assessments, job site analysis, product evaluations & injury prevention program development
