Our busy Central Business office is currently searching for an Account Follow up Rep for our Commercial and Auto Insurance claims. Individual applying must have 2 yrs experience in Account Follow up.


Job Summary:

Responsible for following up on all commercial and auto liability insurance claims for our physical therapy clinics. Also responsible for submitting appeals and medical records when needed, and giving excellent customer service to patients. 


Position Requirements:

This position requires a comprehensive understanding in reading and interpreting explanations of benefits.  This position requires strong working knowledge of commercial and auto insurance plans.  Also required is a strong working knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS, modifiers, and documentation guidelines.  Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills are essential to this position.  In addition, strict adherence to write-off policies, refund policies and other account follow up policies is required.   This position requires an ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in an occasionally stressful environment.  Also required are general computer skills, typing skills, and phone skills.

A valid driver's license is required and any employment offers are contingent upon a clear background check. We do look for stable past work history.


High School Graduation a must. Some advanced education/certifications highly preferred.
