    Physical Therapy Solutions is a group of outpatient physical therapy clinics with locations in Mechanicsville, Innsbrook and Downtown Richmond, Virginia specializing in orthopedic, sports and dance therapy.


    We are currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our team in our Innsbrook location.


     As Director of our Outpatient clinic, your responsibilities will be managing operations and providing leadership this clinic with the support of experienced administration, while providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervise both clinical and office staff.   


    We are seeking:


      • Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
      • Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting strongly preferred
      • Current state of Virginia license, CPR certification.
      • Strong orthopedic skills
      • Outgoing and energetic personality.
      • We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary plus profit share.
